What Is Excellence?

Every year, the Sip and Ship team gets together to honor and celebrate each other and how we best perform our company core values together. This annual event is hosted by our store head honchos, Leslie Goldman and Jerad Allen who work tirelessly to promote the importance of courage, hard work, authenticity, and gratitude. This year, Meryl Streep made a strong showing but could not compete with these top performers:
MVP & Community Ambassador {which was voted by all team members}
went to Lindsey Palmquist
Longevity & Perseverance - Emma DeBoer
Courage - Lori MacPhearson
Hard Work - Katie Schulthies
Authenticity - Mira Fogelsonger
Gratitude - Jean Lim
Please join us in congratulating these exceptional Sip and Ship team members and their dedication and commitment to service.
As always, we look forward to seeing you!
