ABOUT US

Sip and Ship Founders

Good Service. Good People.

Sip and Ship is a locally owned shipping center, private mailbox rental service, coffee shop, and gift boutique serving the Greenwood and Phinney Ridge neighborhoods of Seattle. Since 2002, we've helped individuals, families, and small businesses with professional packing, shipping, mailbox services, printing, notary services, and everyday errands—all while serving handcrafted coffee and homemade baked goods.

We believe great service is personal. Whether you're shipping a package with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, renting a secure private mailbox, sending an important document, or simply stopping in for coffee, we take the time to understand what you need and recommend the best solution.

Our experienced team specializes in careful packing, shipping expertise, mailbox management, and personalized customer service. We're not a high-volume shipping warehouse—we're a neighborhood business built on relationships, thoughtful guidance, and getting things right the first time. Our pricing reflects the knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving we bring to every interaction.

As an independent shipping and mailbox center, some services must be handled directly through individual carriers or service providers. When that's the case, we'll always explain your options clearly and point you in the right direction.

At Sip and Ship, kindness, patience, and genuine human connection matter. Many people first visit us for shipping or coffee, but they return because they know they'll be welcomed, listened to, and cared for. That's the community we've worked to build, and we're proud to be a trusted neighborhood resource for Seattle.
