It’s always such a bummer when that “thing” you needed and ordered online didn’t work out. Now, what!? You could either re-gift it, donate it, or return it. While all are great options, returning it ultimately puts money back in your pocket, and doesn’t have to be a costly or time-sucking endeavor. In fact, Sip and Ship LOVES helping you get your returns taken care of quickly and painlessly. Here are a two ways the online return process can work in your favor.

1. DIY Shipping Label
You can create your own shipping labels from the convenience of your laptop! Then print them, apply them to your packages, and drop them by your nearest Sip and Ship!

Bonus Tip: If you don’t have a printer? No problem! Email us your pre-paid shipping label and we will get it printed and taped to your package for less than the price of a cup of coffee! Email your pre-paid shipping return label here: [email protected] or [email protected] .

2. DIY Packaging
Whenever you can, Sip and Ship strongly encourages you to reuse packing materials. Seriously, the very best packing supplies to use are repurposed ones! Like, old shipping bags, padded mailers, and boxes! This is not only one of the best ways to save time and money but is exponentially better for our planet!

It’s very important to cover up old shipping labels by crossing through them with a black marker or by flipping the shipping bag inside out. With that done, presto, you’re good to go!

Bonus Tip: Just in case your pet has made a chew toy out of your online deliveries, Sip and Ship has padded mailers and boxes for purchase at our shipping counters in a variety of sizes to fit your shipping needs.
