If you know someone who loves coffee and community, please send them our way, and earn $100 every time Sip and Ship hires someone you refer to us!

We could use your help in finding 2-4 full time crew members. We need to add baristas, customer service rockstars and an in-house baker to our team! Bringing their talents to help us sustain healthy neighborhoods and cultivate positive human connections with an amazing team in one of Seattle's most trusted and best multifaceted small business.

Best candidates are open-minded, remain level-headed, and put great attention to detail in their work while sharing big smiles and leading with empathy. Individuals who find joy in going the extra mile for their teammates and community, who aren't afraid to sweat a little, and who know how to have some fun while working hard. They are upbeat individuals, self-starters and excited to learn about the small details that go into making big impacts with our valued customers and community everyday! They must enjoy learning and working collaboratively with others.

Please share this and/or ask your person to apply online or stop into one our shops! We look forward to meeting them, and appreciate your continued support!
