Summertime or anytime - traveling with kids without your spouse/partner, signing up for a virtual mailbox to support your online or remote business, accepting a new job abroad, selling your boat, getting married/divorced, setting up power of attorney, solidifying a business partnership, or creating a Will are all instances when a notary service comes into play.

Ballard and Greenwood Sip and Ship locations have multiple notaries on staff 7 days a week who are at the ready to help you with any and all of your needs - we can also add a delicious coffee and homemade treat to completely satisfy your visit :)

Helpful things to know:

  • A valid photo government issued ID is required - usually a drivers license or passport.
  • No appointment is necessary but it’s always good to call ahead to be sure a notary is staffed during the time you wish to come.
  • Mobile notary service is available and only a text away to 206-890-9810 or email [email protected] or [email protected] to make an appointment. This service begins at $50 plus per stamp fees.
  • Costs may vary - typically $20 per stamp, $30 when Sip and Ship provides legal language and we also offer witnesses for $5 per signature.
  • We strongly suggest that you either take a picture of your notarized document or we can have it scanned to your email.

We look forward to providing you with a variety of business services to best support your life goals.

Sincerely,
and you
