By no means is Sip and Ship an expert on this issue, but we are all very aware of the importance of paying attention to those that live among us with mental health conditions. Members of our family, friends, classmates, neighbors, and coworkers, have been affected by the pandemic and economic crisis cascading the need for compassion and support. Being isolated, experiencing sickness, grief, job loss, food instability, and loss of daily routines has increased the need for mental health services. As you can imagine, these challenges have made it even more difficult for people to get access to mental health care they need, while keeping safe from covid-19.

Sip and Ship has gathered some resources from @soyouwanttotalkaboutit for you to save, use and share. As always, the mission of Sip and Ship is to be a welcoming, safe, and secure place where you and your needs are taken care of with compassion and care. So please know that you can count on us to be here for you ( in stores and virtually).

We look forward to supporting you.
