Every year, Sip and Ship sets aside time with our team to honor and celebrate their partnership and our teamwork together over the past year. We do this by rehearsing and practicing our core values that are applied in every aspect of our company, every day, and ritually celebrating them together, every year.

Like you, we’ve all experienced unimaginable setbacks, hardships, and hurdles this past year. Stretching our imaginations and challenging our social and physical well-being. We are inspired by a larger commitment and action towards greater diversity, equality, justice, and healing.

Please join us in honoring our growth as individuals and a team. Nominated by their teammates, we are proud to highlight our top performers in partnership with our company values:

Courage - Angie Ralston
Hard Work - Gabby Connors
Authenticity - Ryan Kidwell
Gratitude - Camryn Holbrook
Most Valuable Player - Sophie Carolan

As a tribute to our team, we made this video and shared it during our Team Zoom Jubliee last night. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!

Here’s to another great year together!
