Every year, the Sip and Ship team gathers to celebrate our work together. Nominated by peer vote, we highlight our fellow team members who exemplify our operating core values of COURAGE, HARD WORK, AUTHENTICITY, and GRATITUDE. Here is a glimpse of our third annual event, which was hosted at Brimmer and Heeltap in Ballard.

16 going on 17 years ago, Sip and Ship was an idea that has become a community mainstay in the Ballard and Greenwood neighborhoods. The customers we have the privilege of serving to provide us with a deep sense of job satisfaction and pride. Our team is keenly aware that our level of service stems from our counters and flourishes into something bigger than ourselves. The customers we have the privilege of serving provide us with a deep sense of job satisfaction and great pride.

Join us in celebrating this dynamic and hard-working team of individuals who deposit their care at Sip and Ship with kindness and share it with every individual they meet, families they support, and businesses they bolster.

Special shout out to our MOST VALUABLE PLAYER who leads by example, seeking ways to elevate and sustain our team impact.

We are so thankful to be of service within Seattle and invite you to share high-fives with our exceptional service leaders.

Sincerely,

Diana and Your Sip and Ship Team
